My husband is willing to put it on if someone knows of a better idea. He catches on quick to what you tell him so hopfully someone can help. Here goes nothing for we have nothing else to lose. We're looking at possibly relocating and starting fresh with no family or friends. Well, one set and the elders are after them too. We have no children and live out in the country where it's quiet, sometimes too quiet. Thinking of moving where my family is located so I can at least see them visually from time to time. I know they won't have anything to do with us but what can I do? I can visit my handicap sister who is in a home and if I move down there then I will volunteer to keep busy. Hubby wants to see me happy again and is willing to move need be.

Husband is df'd for a no show. Five hours later around midnight that same evening, the elders called to say they had a five hour meeting and decided to df him. They had nothing on him. I was publically reproved for what I wrote earlier on. I called the co for they had us both df'd at the end of the lane yet I wasn't there. The co said he would call them and reschedule another day and time for my jc. After my jc was over, I called the co and asked to appeal their decision. The one elder on my jc had to get back to me to see if I could appeal it and said if I tried then I would be df'd for it. I called the co and he said you can't appeal a public reproof so I asked him to df me. He said he wasn't going to get involved and that he was leaving it up to the elder since they know best. Then when I told him I had taped my jc, he said hey wait a minute, if you give me that tape, maybe I can help you if they did something wrong. I didn't do it for in one breath he couldn't help me and yet in another breath he could.
I do need help though. I wrote out my jc word for word yet my husband said Simone doesn't need pages and pages of it on his site. Quite a few of you have stated that you would rather read it since tape recordings can get muffled out. So what can I do for I want it out there but need help

or maybe they are trying to make this look like there's no case or it's not a big deal so that I just go away quietly. The df'd my husband because he called them the whores of babylon and waved bye bye to them walking down our lane towards the house. Why aren't I df'd? After all this I'm just publically reproved. Yet they have told everyone in the hall not to talk to me as well. Why didn't they df me?

If these elders were spiritual men, then how is it an unfair advantage? Nothing should bother these goons. The fact that the guy that did all this illegal activity and get away with it for over two years with the elders blessings are a joke. The fact that all my accusers were this guys whole family or that his brotherinlaw who was made an elder two months after sitting and lying on my jc. How he said that my husband discouraged him from pioneering because hubby said to build up a little nest egg since him and his wife were getting married. It was him that sat in my home for a meal and said he wanted to have what we had material wise and saying that to us who was pioneering at the time. This idiot had the nerve to show up at my jc and say this when it was my husband that had said that to him. He had nothing else to bring to the table as far as my hanging went.

At my meeting, the one elder said that before the meeting starts, I have to be asked if I have a recording device on me and if I do then could I remove it. I replied yeah yeah so on the tape I really was saying yeah yeah to having a recording device on me. At least that's the way I took it. He also said the elders would not be able to say what they really want to say if they knew they were being recorded. Again, I said yeah yeah. How many yeah yeahs do I need to say? This elder just kept on blah blah blahing. He's really long winded and never shuts up. His prayers are a replay of the entire meeting which can go on for six minutes and no one ever counsels him to shut his prayers down to at least three minutes.

I had made a transcript copy from my recorded judicial committee meeting and at the very top explained that everything in the brackets was what I wanted to say but if I did then these elders would have known all what I knew about what they were covering up and would have df'd me for sure. So I put down to bethel what we knew in brackets and they held that against me as well as not writing down all the bible texts that were read to me that evening. Ummm, they only read a total of six scriptures to me and I wrote them down. My transcript was word for word. I gather the elders lied to them saying they read tons of scriptures to me. Do they think I'm stupid and will go away? I have the tape of the whole jc where it would prove these elders never contacted us for over a year when we left. The one elder actually states that on my tape. He said they did try to get a hold of me at least once in the year which they did not. Idiots! On to the next step since I seem to be ruffling some feathers.

Don't know why it did that. So, my judicial was last year July 28th 2013, I had dropped off my transcript of my judicial meeting in April of this year to the bethel after speaking to a brother there and him telling me to bring in detail my story. That these elders could not publically reprove me on the grounds of discouraging young ones six years ago from pioneering. Four months go by and I was basically called a liar over the phone by Mike in the service department and to go back to my elders and not tell them I was at the bethel. That it would take at least 2-3 years before they could get to my complaint due to the complaints ahead of mine. So I post my story last week on Cedars blog. After all this time, I get a letter from bethel that reads like this:
Dear XXXX,
We are now able to respond to the material you brought to our office regarding the decision of a committee of the XXX Congregation involving you.
The alleged transcript you provided was reviewed but was of limited usefulness. The numerous parenthetical additions you made to the alleged dialogue and hyour deletion of all bible texts read during the hearing undermined it's reliability. Further if you recorded the hearing such recording was done surreptitiously and without the consent of the witnesses and elders. When one party secretly tapes a conversation, he or she has an unfair advantage in any after the fact review of that conversation.
True, it is not enjoyable to be counseled or disciplined, (Heb. 12:5, 5,11) Yet, as discussed in The Watchtower of April 15, 2014 pages 28 and 30, it is good to think about the efforts made by those who offer counsel. The elders evidently spent much time and effort to help you restore your reltionship with Jehovah God. We now encourage you to take positive steps to 'return to the shepherd and overseer of your soul,'by regularly attending the meetings of the local congregation.--Hebrews 10:24,25; 1Peter2:24.
